RULES

1. Anyone over the age of 16 can participate on the website and qualify for the competition prizes, except for employees of GFI Software Ltd and any companies associated to the specific competition, their families, or anyone else who is professionally associated with the competition.

2. Photos should show a person's reacting to shock, panic, fear, stress etc... (ideally on a IT/computer related environment), you can also post a screenshot/photo of a terrible software error/crash or maybe even an edited picture of all the very wrong things you would want to do to your pc/server when it starts giving problems! Please do not post pictures of children or anyone under the age of 16.

3. All photos should fall within the rules of decency and morality - any nudity, violence or other objectionable content (including items appearing in the background of the photo) will not be tolerated. Photos are subject to approval by a GFI employee before they get published on the site. Any photos deemed to be inappropriate will not be published. No discussion regarding the dis/approval of photos will be entered into.

4. Only registered users will be allowed to upload photos. Users must register with a valid email address in order to upload photos and be eligible to participate in the competition.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or corrupted.

6. Competitions are open to customers and non-customers. No purchase is necessary for participation.

7. Prizes will be awarded to the top three photos and to the first 100 submissions. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by GFI Software Ltd in relation to that decision.

8. The top three photos will be based on user's voting until the closing date and time.

9. Any prize is as specified in the competition. No alternative prizes may be requested although GFI Software Ltd reserves the right to alter arrangements or prizes should this be unavoidable. There is no cash alternative and prizes cannot be transferred to any other person.

10. GFI Software Ltd will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.

11. It is a condition of entry that any winner consents to their name and country of residence to be published on the website. Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with post-competition publicity on the website.

12. Competition winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about GFI Software Ltd and its business, received by them as a result of the competition.

13. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied.

14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the competition without prior notice.

15. Use of false name or email address will disqualify entrants from receiving any prize. GFI Software Ltd reserves the right to oblige any potential winner to provide documentary proof of their identity and address as directed by GFI Software Ltd before such person may claim their prize.

16. We will keep your personal details for a reasonable amount of time so that we can send you the prize that you have won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. We may pass your details on to our service providers and agents for the purpose of sending you the prize on our behalf.

17. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. By entering this competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the competition material.
